So hear we are a few days after Thanksgiving. I swear I gained 5 pounds and the baby a pound.ÂÂ
I have always loved Thanksgiving for 2 reason: Food and Family. We switch off every year what major holiday we are  with what family. This year we spent Thanksgiving with My Husband Marco's Family. We went to his sisters and spent it with her and her children and her inlaws. So much food and fun. Me & my Husband (well more my husband)  are known as the fun ones because we will play the games with kids. We like to play Hide -n -go - seek at nite time it is much more fun. So after all the eating and watching family vidoes we went outside and had a game with the kids. What are some traditions you all have for your holiday? Email or comment and let me know. It is always interesting hearing what other families do.

This is our tradtition:
After dinner, we would all gathered outside and light up Christmas lights. Of course we had to put up Chritsmas during the week before Thanksgiving. While adults standing around with cup of coffee on hand, chlidren running around the yard playing their own games. We also had hot chocolate for the kids. The weather was cool so it was a blast. We usually stayed up late and enjoyed family time together.

That is a familiar tradition
That is a familiar tradition at my mothers home. Just a bit different we (when I am able to go see her) spend Thanksgiving nite and the next day putting all the lights inside and out on. I swear her house can be seen from the outerspace. I bet your house (or whoevers is lit ) is absolutely beautiful. Let's hope your children keep up the tradition. You never know they may start there own like I did with my family.
